As the season winds down, the laughter and smiles begin to fade marking the end of another chapter for the Cypress Springs water polo team. With playoffs on the horizon, the team now faces one final opportunity to prove themselves, standing at the last step of a long and challenging climb.
After months of hard work and determination, the Cypress Springs water polo team closes the season with an overall record of 6–12 overcoming long standing rivalries and rising above expectations.
Along the way, they created unforgettable memories that will stay with them long after the final whistle. With several new rising stars beginning to shine, the future of the team looks brighter than ever.
For the fifth consecutive year, the boys teams have secured a spot in the playoffs, a testament to the program’s growing strength and consistency. This year the girls have also made the playoffs for the first time in several years. Their journey begins on tonight with the first whistle blowing at the Lamar Consolidated Natatorium.
